Food: Please bring your dog’s meals pre-bagged or in containers, labeled per portion. Treats are welcome too! We’re glad to refrigerate if needed.

Medications: Please bring any medications in their original containers with clear instructions. We’re glad to refrigerate if needed.

Comfort Items: Feel free to pack a favorite blanket, bed, or even one of your T-shirts for a familiar scent from home.

Bowls& Buckets: Food bowls are provided unless your dog uses a special slow-feed bowl. Feel free to bring that if preferred. Water buckets are always provided.

Does boarding include play time?

Yes, our 24-hour boarding fee includes daycare for your dog. After 24 hours, if your dog is still here during our daycare hours, there is an additional charge for half or full daycare charges.

What kind of experience do the employees have who take care of the dogs?

Our team has extensive, hands-on experience caring for dogs, and all staff complete a thorough in-house training program covering dog behavior and daycare management. Every team member is also certified in canine CPR and first aid to keep your pet safe, and everyone here truly loves working with dogs.

Should I bring my dog’s bedding?

You’re welcome to! We provide comfortable bedding for every guest, but you’re more than welcome to bring your dog’s favorite blanket, bed, or even a T-shirt from home. Familiar scents can help them feel more relaxed during their stay.

Do I need to make reservations?

Yes, we require reservations for all overnight boarding. We sometimes have space for last-minute requests (if your dog has completed a temperament evaluation), but major holidays and weekends fill up quickly, so early booking is strongly advised. Returning clients can also book online.

Do you have daycare and boarding packages?

Yes! We have 10‑visit packages available for both daycare and boarding.
